Refrigerate your eye roller to help reduce under-eye puffiness. Apply eye cream or serum before using the eye roller. Take the eye roller and place it under the eye, starting at the inner corner. Gently sweep in an outward motion, making sure not to press too hard. Roll from the inner corner outward and upward for the best results when you move the eye roller beneath your eye.
